Heimat is one of LYNfabrikken’s meeting rooms, available for companies, private individuals, and anyone looking for an unconventional space with a creative atmosphere. It is located at floor level, only 15 minutes from the central station, 5 minutes from ARoS Art Museum, and 45 minutes from Kalø Castle Ruin.

Heimat is furnished with flexible tables and chairs, adaptable to the purpose of your meeting. It comfortably accommodates up to 100 people in a cinema setup or 60 people seated around tables.

The room is equipped with a 98” QLED screen (with cables for all newer computers), whiteboard, flipchart and a minibar stocked with cold drinks and snacks for purchase. Restrooms are accessible in the room and also through the coffee bar. Guests also have access to the shared rooftop terrace overlooking the Aarhus skyline – including the iconic ARoS Art Museum.

Heimat offers an inspiring alternative to traditional meeting rooms – the perfect setting if you want to give your employees or clients an experience beyond the ordinary.

Room cancellation: 3 weeks in advance.
Catering cancellation / changes to the number of guests: 7 days in advance.

The room is on the ground floor – just a 15-minute walk from the railway station, 5 minutes from ARoS Art Museum and 45 minutes from Kalø Castle Ruin.

Heimat is furnished with flexible tables and chairs that can be arranged as needed. The room holds up to 100 people in cinema seating or 60 people around tables.

The room is equipped with a 98” QLED screen (with cables for all recent computers), whiteboard, flip-over and a minibar with cold drinks and snacks as an add-on. There are toilets in the room and access via the coffee bar. Guests also have access to the shared rooftop terrace overlooking the Aarhus skyline – including the iconic ARoS Art Museum.
