Large meeting room  2 - 60 people

Large Meeting Room / LYNxx

LYNxx is one of LYNfabrikken’s meeting rooms, available for companies, private individuals, and anyone looking for an unconventional space with a creative atmosphere. It is located right next to the coffee bar with its own terrace – only 15 minutes from the central station, 5 minutes from ARoS Art Museum, and 45 minutes from Kalø Castle Ruin.

The large meeting room is furnished with flexible tables and chairs, adaptable to the purpose of your meeting. It comfortably accommodates up to 60 people in a cinema setup or 36 people seated around tables.

The room is equipped with a 98” QLED screen (with cables for all newer computers), whiteboard, flipchart and a minibar stocked with cold drinks and snacks for purchase. Restrooms are accessible through the coffee bar, and guests also have access to the shared rooftop terrace overlooking the Aarhus skyline – including the iconic ARoS Art Museum.
